Created by the team behind the critically acclaimed Ventnor Fringe, Ventnor International Festival (VIF) is the Isle of Wight’s unique take on the metropolitan/city based music festival. Featuring a carefully curated line up of the most exciting emerging artists from across the UK and beyond, it’s a place to discover the next big thing. A single ticket provides access to a whole range of interesting venues, from warehouses to churches, spanning rock, garage, electronic, hip hop and jazz.
Venues include a church, warehouse, rooftop and harbour in an event inspired by the unique DIY spirit of England’s largest island.
The festival was set up by the Ventnor Exchange, a record store and arts space located in the town, the festival will also coincide with the award winning Ventnor Fringe, which each year hosts around 300 artists spanning theatre, film, comedy and visual arts in pop up venues that span every corner of this unusual town.
