LEMONFEST ANNOUNCE MORE ACTS FOR 2018

March 16, 2018

Don't miss out on the last few Earlybird Tickets for Lemonfest 2018 (from just £38 for the weekend!) The Festival Paradise team went along to this festival in 2018 and were not disappointed, with We Are Scientists, in particular, lifting the roof. Taking place across two-days in a stunning part of South Devon near the Teign Estuary, at Newton Abbot Racecourse on 8th-9th June, this popular independent, boutique festival has built a reputation as a proper two day party! The festival has a real local and friendly feel about it and the intimate setting means that you never have far to wak between the stages. See the links below for FP's review and our Lemonfest feature.

The new acts below  join the likes of the already announced The Sugarhill Gang, Chali 2NA & Krafty Kuts, Slamboree & Crazy P.

Two-time world turntable champion DJ Woody, acclaimed Funk & Soul outfit Lack of Afro, and renowned Drum & Bass producer TC join the Lemonfest 2018 line-up.

Two times World Champion DJ, Lee Woodvine aka DJ Woody is arguably one of the UK’s most influential turntablists. Known for his innovations, he helped design the World’s first ever musical turntable instrument (Vestax Controller One) and is famed as a prolific pioneer of new scratch techniques. DJ Woody will appear as part of the 45 Live stage takeover in the Big Top on Friday night, alongside The Allergies, Boca 45, and Pete Isaac.

Also announced is this year’s Rinse-Out Drum & Bass line-up; back for their highly anticipated Saturday stage takeover. Acts this year include Bristol DJ / Producer TC - whose pedigree includes remixes for the likes of Damien Marley, Nas and Tinie Tempah –plus Traumatik, Insomniax, and a live PA from David Boomah.

Other acts joining the already eclectic & brilliant line-up include Exeter based Soul outfit Lack of Afro, who’s most recent album featured heavily on BBC 6 Music amongst others
