2000trees is a multi-award winning festival which takes place in the Cotswolds. Now in its 11th year, this festival was started by six friends in 2007, who wanted an alternative to the expense and large crowds of some other festivals. Their festival certainly delivers on this, offering a much more independent, non-commercial and environmentally-aware weekend of revelling. The lineup includes a mix of big names, local bands and underground music. The organisers have carefully selected a mix of rock, metal, indie to folk, pop and DJs, ensuring that all tastes are catered for. Families are welcome and under 10s even go free. It has a friendly and intimate atmosphere and is the perfect festival to head to, either with a group of friends or on your own, as you are sure to meet new people. As well as the music, there are comedy acts, a trader village, and an after-hours silent disco for campers, extending the partying till 3am!.

An unforgettable weekend at 2000trees really won't set you back too much and you can even take some of your own alcohol; although you would be wise to sample some of the locally produced ciders, ales and lagers on offer!

What we love about this festival.

For the last 10 years it has been shortlisted for the "Best Toilet Award" at the UK Festival Awards!

Camping and Glamping Options

As well as the general camping area, there is also family camping and glamping options. Glamping includes yurts, bell tents and pre-erected tents with tangerine fields, for various group sizes. Tangerine Fields, the pre-pitched tent company, also offer the amazing "Blackout Stardom" tent, which blocks out 99% of daylight, meaning you can get a heavenly lie-in! All campsites are withing easy walking distance of the main arena and have decent toilets, although no showers. Small, disposable BBQs are permitted.

Past lineups

Frank Turner, Refused, Twin Atlantic, Frightened Rabbit, The Bronx, Wolf Alice, Mallory Knox, Neck Deep, Lower Than Atlantis, Deaf Havana, Alkaline Trio, While She Sleeps, Moose Blood.
